TRT-8 brings Itinerant Justice to Oiapoque and villages
From April 17 to 24, TRT-8 provides free labor services in Oiapoque and in the Kumarumã and Kumenê villages. See the full schedule.

What is Itinerant Justice?
Itinerant Justice is a TRT-8 project that aims to bring the Judiciary closer to the population living in areas far from the headquarters of the Labor Courts. The objective is to guarantee access to justice, facilitating the resolution of labor conflicts, the reception of complaints, and the provision of legal guidance without the citizen having to travel to the capital, Macapá.
Services Offered
During the event, residents will be able to resolve various labor issues. Among the main services offered are: problems related to annotation and termination in the Work Card, complaints about wages below the minimum, collection of unpaid overtime, withheld wages, prior notice, FGTS release, and PIS/PASEP bonus. It is the ideal opportunity to clarify doubts and claim your rights.
Urban Area Schedule
In the urban area of Oiapoque, services begin on April 17th, as part of the 4th Mutirão Pop Rua Jud, which takes place at the Instituto Federal do Amapá (IFAP), located at Avenida Joaquim Caetano da Silva, nº 870, in the Center. Additionally, from April 18th to 24th, a TRT-8 server will be available for continuous service at the Super Fácil de Oiapoque unit, on Rua Lélio Silva, nº 220. Service hours are always from 8 am to 2 pm.
Service in Indigenous Villages
One of the great differentials of this edition is the inclusion of indigenous communities in the itinerary. On April 20, the TRT-8 team will provide services in Kumarumã Village. On April 22, the services will arrive at Kumenê Village, both located in the Uaçá Reserve. This initiative reinforces the Court's commitment to the inclusion and defense of the rights of indigenous peoples.
Institutional Partnerships
To ensure comprehensive and multidisciplinary care, the actions of TRT-8 have the support of important institutional partners. Participating in the itinerancy are the Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS), the Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), the Tribunal de Justiça do Amapá (TJAP), the Fundação Nacional dos Povos Indígenas (FUNAI), the Distrito Sanitário Especial Indígena (DSEI) and the Secretaria de Estado dos Povos Indígenas do Pará (SEPI).
Don't Miss the Opportunity
If you have any labor disputes or need legal guidance, be sure to attend the service locations. Bring your personal documents (RG, CPF, proof of residence) and all documents related to your employment, such as your Work Card, pay stubs, contracts, or messages that prove the employment relationship. The Labor Court comes to you!
