Sebrae opens vacancies for hotel mission in SP
Sebrae/AP selects hotels from Oiapoque for a business mission at Equipotel 2026, in São Paulo. There are 4 vacancies with a 50% subsidy. Registration until May 15.

Four spots reserved for Oiapoque
The Amapá Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae/AP) published Call for Proposals 03/2026, which opens a public call to select companies in the hotel sector to participate in the 2026 Equipotel Business Mission, in São Paulo. Of the 12 total vacancies available, 4 are exclusively reserved for companies based in Oiapoque, with priority for participants of the Turismo no Meio do Mundo Project. The initiative is aimed at Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI), Microenterprises (ME) and Small Businesses (EPP) in the hotel sector with an active CNPJ in Amapá. The remaining vacancies from Oiapoque, if not filled, will be redistributed to other interested parties in the state.
What is Equipotel and why participate
Equipotel is considered the main hospitality fair in Latin America, held annually in São Paulo. The event brings together suppliers of solutions, equipment, technologies, and services for the hotel sector, as well as lectures, panels, and workshops on management, customer experience, sustainability, and operational efficiency. For hoteliers in Oiapoque — a city experiencing a period of accelerated growth with oil prospecting and an increased flow of workers and tourists at the border — participating in Equipotel represents a strategic opportunity to modernize management, learn about market trends, and establish commercial connections with national suppliers. The mission will take place from September 14 to 19, 2026, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo.
How much does it cost and what Sebrae covers
The total cost of participating in the mission is R$ 4,602.02. Sebrae/AP will subsidize 50% of this amount, so that each selected company will pay only R$ 2,301.01 as a counterpart. This investment covers airfare (Macapá–São Paulo–Macapá) in economy class, with one checked baggage of 23 kg; ground transportation between the airport, hotel and fair; accommodation, preferably in a double room with breakfast; accompaniment and technical consulting from Sebrae throughout the event; and participation in preparatory activities before the trip. Food, drinks, excess baggage and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Payment can be made in cash via PIX or in up to 10 interest-free installments on a credit card.
How to apply: step by step
Applications are open from May 7 to 15, 2026 (until 11:59 PM) and must be submitted through the online form available at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/FSRxFaCyww. After filling out the form, the company must send the mandatory documentation to the email rejane@ap.sebrae.com.br by May 18, 2026. The required documents are: copy of CNPJ, Articles of Association or Social Contract, proof of business address, copy of ID and CPF of the representative. If the indicated participant is not a company partner, a declaration of vínculo or a copy of their work card must also be submitted. Companies participating or intending to participate in the Projeto Turismo no Meio do Mundo in 2026 will receive the highest score in the selection process (9 points), which represents a significant advantage in the classification.
Full schedule of the selection process
The selection process follows a detailed calendar. Registrations and document submission occur from May 7 to 15. The evaluation and classification of companies by Sebrae/AP takes place between May 18 and 25. The preliminary result will be announced on May 27, with a period for appeals on May 28 and 29. The final result will be released on June 2. Selected companies will have from June 3 to 12 to sign the Commitment Term and make the counterpart payment. The mission execution is scheduled for September 14 to 19, 2026. Questions about the public notice can be sent to vania@ap.sebrae.com.br.
Oiapoque on the regional tourism map
The reservation of specific spots for Oiapoque in the Sebrae/AP public notice reflects the recognition of the tourist and hotel potential of the city on the border with French Guiana. With the arrival of oil industry workers, the increase in visitor flow, and the prospect of economic growth with the new municipal administration, the local hospitality sector is experiencing a moment of expansion that demands qualification and modernization. Opportunities like the Missão Equipotel are rare and come with public subsidy — which makes participation even more accessible for small hoteliers on the border. Spots are limited: only 4 for the entire municipality.
