The 4th Pop Rua Jud and Registre-se Joint Effort takes place on April 17, from 8 am to 5 pm, at IFAP Oiapoque. Check out the full schedule with all available services.
When and Where
The event takes place on Thursday, April 17, 2026, from 8 AM to 5 PM, at the Prédio do IFAP Oiapoque. Admission is free and open to all. Upon arrival, the first step is to go through Axis 0 (Triage), where you will receive a password and be directed to the services you need.
Axis 1 — Documentation and Identification
This is the heart of the joint effort. You can regularize or obtain the following documents: Birth/Marriage Certificate (Registre-se), Identity Card (PCI-AP), CPF (Receita Federal), SUS Card (SIAC Oiapoque), Work Card (MTE), Reservist and Flag Oath (Junta Militar), Voter's Title (TRE) and Indigenous Records (FUNAI).
Axis 2 — Social (Income and Benefits)
For those who need to access or update registrations in social programs, services from Bolsa Família, Cadastro Único (Oiapoque), Meu Gov (Acadêmicos) and Minha Casa, Minha Vida will be available.
Axis 3 — Employment
Those looking for a job opportunity can count on the services of SINE, SETE (State Secretariat of Labor and Entrepreneurship) and the Operating Permit service by the Fire Department — ideal for those who want to regularize their own business.
Axis 4 — Education
The education axis counts on the presence of SENAC, SEBRAE, IFAP (Oiapoque Campus) and CERESTE (Oiapoque), offering guidance on courses, professional qualification and training opportunities.
Axis 5 — Housing and Shelter
For those facing situations of housing vulnerability or in need of support, the Coordenadoria da Mulher (Oiapoque), the CAPS AD (Oiapoque), Amapá Terras (guidance on land regularization), and the Ouvidoria do TJAP will be present.
Axis 6 — Integral Health
The community effort offers a wide range of free health services: Medical Consultations — Saúde Link (Ophthalmology), Vaccination, General Practitioner care, Nursing Services, Rapid Tests, CAPSi, EMULTE (Physiotherapy and Nutritionist) and UOM — Mobile Dental Unit. Axis 7 — Justice and Rights
For legal guidance and access to justice, the event features the State Public Defender's Office (DPE), the Public Prosecutor's Office (MPAP), Legal Guidance by OAB, the Federal Attorney's Office, the Oiapoque Court (TJAP/Electoral Services), PROCON, TRT-8 (Labor Lawsuits/INSS/MTE), and the Federal Court (BPC).
Axis 8 — Dignity and Hygiene
Completing the comprehensive care, the dignity and hygiene axis offers services such as Haircut, Manicure (Women's Coordination), Hygiene Kit, Men's Magazine and Women's Magazine. A concrete gesture of welcome and respect for human dignity.
